In response to worldwide demand (and just in time for Valentine’s Day!), I am proud to introduce the official line of Fly Fishing the Globe (FFG) products. You can put the expansionist theories to rest; it is just a t-shirt and the always-important-but-rarely-found beverage coozie

I’m not going to try and sell you some jibberish about the proceeds going to a good cause or something like that. 100% of any profits will go towards fuel..... diesel for the LandCrusier and beer for me. So please take a look at the offerings and remember that fuel is damn expensive in many parts of the world.

IMPORTANT! These products will be limited to a production of only 200. I’m not saying take out a second mortgage to buy something, but if you have the cash on hand it would be a good idea to act fast.

The FFG Commemorative Coozie Set

Most people think that a coozie just keeps your beer cold. However, die-hard winter fisherpersons know that it’s more accurate to say that they keep your hands and beer at the desired and separate temperatures. On the Green River the middle of January, these temperatures are about 70 degrees apart. A coozie is much more than that, however. Here are some other uses:

Mittens. Once, while clearing the ice off my rod guides, one of my gloves was blown into the river. A coozie, while limiting dexterity slightly, allowed me to finish the trip without losing any digits to frostbite. And the fish didn’t seem to care.
Reel cases. If you don’t want your expensive and beautiful Abels or Tibors to bang around in the boat.
Strike indicators. This is a last resort since the FFG cozies are aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Cut out a small chunk and it’ll float your beadheads for the remainder of the trip.
Fly tying material. This is also a last resort. These are made of foam-like stuff..... the possibilities are endless!

Since they are sold in sets of six, you only have to see each one a couple of times during the course of an evening. Each color is coordinated to a species pursued during the trip. I understand that they will also fit other beverage cans as well.

Men's FFG T-shirt or Women's fitted Tee

If you are like me you probably have enough t-shirts to clothe the average polygamist clan. However, I only have three or four that make it into the regular rotation. This is primarily due to the comfort of the shirt and the stylish graphics printed on it. I guarantee this shirt will be added to your favorites. These men’s and women’s shirts have a perfect cut and feel like a second skin. Since it’s not the usual crap you get at the county fair or a big-hair band concert, it costs a bit more. But who cares? If you are on this website you’ve probably dumped thousands of dollars into fly fishing gear.
